RETURN POLICY

Return Policy (Last Updated: January 18, 2024)

Return & Exchange Conditions:

  1. You have 30 days after delivery to initiate a return or exchange; we do not accept returns or exchanges beyond this period.
  2. Items marked "No returns or exchanges" in the order details are non-returnable and not covered by warranty.
  3. Only returns with an authorized return address from our customer service representative will be accepted. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  4. Refunds or exchanges will be issued for items in good condition, unwashed, and unstained. Damages or stains caused by customers may result in a partial refund of up to 50%.
  5. THBRANDSIDE STORE is not responsible for missing, damaged, or lost packages during return transit. Contact the shipping company for claims.
  6. Double-check returns before shipping, as we are not responsible for non-THBRANDSIDE STORE products.
  7. Original shipping and insurance fees are non-refundable for return refunds.
  8. Customers are responsible for return postage.
  9. Customized products, like custom-sized prom dresses, are not eligible for refunds.

Return Process:

  1. Apply for a return via email at thilson@thbrandside.com to receive the return address.
  2. Pack the item(s) and return via any local shipping company.
  3. Keep the return parcel's tracking number and upload tracking info via email to thilson@thbrandside.com; refunds cannot be processed without this info.
  4. Return and exchange processing occurs within 7 working days after parcel delivery.
  5. Customers inform customer service about the return.
  6. Returned packages are received.
  7. Customer service processes the return.
  8. Refund is completed within 7 days.

Return FAQs:

  1. Do you provide free return labels? We currently do not offer a free returns service.
  2. Can I return items to your warehouse, office, or physical store? We only accept returns through our standard return procedure; follow our process for assistance.
  3. I've sent out my return package. What's the next step? Once we receive your returned package, we'll process your refund promptly.
  4. When can I expect my refund?
    • If you do not receive a credit within the specified timeframe, contact your credit card's issuing bank.
    • Due to current situations, credit card refunds may require an additional 3-5 days.
